Make your Own Buckwheat Crepes 15min Preparation - Serves 2 Mushroom, Salad & Egg Buckwheat Galette Recipe for the buckwheat galette:- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour- 1/2 cup water- 1 egg- 1 tsp olive oil.Mix all the ingredients together, ideally leave the batter for about 30mn in the fridge (not mandatory) and then cook with olive oil/ghee for a few minutes in the pan. Once done, leave to stand for 5min on a plate before putting it back in the pan with your favorite ingredients (here sauteed mushrooms + fried egg) and fill in.
