Guidelines for Poached Eggs
Second eggy tutorial after the scrambled eggs one so here are some directions to help you make poached eggs at home :) Feel free to comment if anything seems unclear!
Quick Tutorial to Make Poached Eggs
Fill in a small pot with hot water and bring it to boil. Add a little bit of lemon juice to the water, and then with a spoon make circular moves in the pot so that a small whirl forms... crack the egg in the middle of your pot and leave for about 2min without touching so that the white cooks. Use a big spoon to bring the egg out of the pot and place on a plate with kitchen towel. You’re done! Also make sure you use the freshest eggs you’ve got and at room temperature for a better result.
