Spicy Tomato & Mozzarella Pizza Taco

Soft tortilla taco topped with spicy arrabiata tomato sauce (otherwise you can just mix regular tomato sauce with a bit of cayenne pepper & chili flakes) + mozzarell + basil+ cherry tomatoes + thyme. I then put it in the oven for about 5min on grill mode at 390F/200C.
