Vegan Cheesecake Bars

Blueberry Raw Cheesecake Bars
For the crust:
- 300g of @squareorganics crisp bars (you can also use any type of granola for it)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil.
Give it a whirl in your blender and spread on a parchment paper.
For the creamy top:
- 1 + 1/2 cups of soaked cashews (or @nu3_fr cashew butter)
+ 1/3 cup coconut oil
+ 1/2 @driscollsberry blueberries
+ 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
+ 1 lemon juice
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth, layer on top of the crust and place in the freezer for 3h. Unfreeze for 10min before eating and enjoy!
