Grilled Chicken, Butternut Purée & Greens

Thyme Grilled Chicken, Butternut Purée & Green Beans
Start by cutting in half your butternut squash. Place on a baking tray and spray with a bit of avocado oil or olive oil. Roast in the oven for about 40mn at 390F/200C. Then remove it from the oven, and mash the butternut yourself in a bowl with a fork, or using a blender. Pair with grilled chicken (cooked in olive oil in the pan for a few minutes on each side, with thyme herbs), steamed green beans and whatever seasoning you enjoy.
