Avocado Pesto Pasta

Creamy Avocado Pesto & Basil Pasta

For the sauce:
- 1 cup basil
- 1 avocado
- 1 clove garlic (or sub with powder)
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- A handful of cilantro
- Salt/pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together and blend until you get the desired consistency.

Pour over pastas, stir a bit and top with nuts/seeds, avocado and cherry tomatoes.
