Grilled Salmon & Pineapple Skewers with Wild Rice

Cut the salmon and pineapple into cubes. Put on a skewer and then marinate for about 5min in soy sauce + honey. Grill in the pan on medium heat for just a few minutes on each side + double colored rice + cilantro + salad leaves
